There was a parade for St. Patrick’s Day in West Des Moines but the weather didn’t cooperate a great deal, it’s raining and cold. 

Trying to get in touch with people today proved the fact that there are those that truly celebrate the "holiday" whether they are Irish or not.  Many people were out of the office and one guy that Terry got in touch with informed him that he as "half in the bag" already (3:30) and so call him tomorrow.  He was celebrating.  Wow, can’t even relate to that.
