We are off to Ecuador for two weeks of rest and relaxation (along with 4 hours a day of work) in just a couple of days.  We thought about a number of places to visit but decided to check out Ecuador, visit the Andes, rural communities, the rainforest and perhaps the beach.

The resort we are going to visit will be a wonderful adventure, it is in the Valley of Longevity.  There are a number of people in the valley that live to be over 100 years old.  The resort has a spa and all the ammenities that go along with that.  I will be reporting on our experience upon our return.
