It's Wed. night so therefore we were at the auction in Des Moines.  I picked up some neat stuff that should sell really well….that is if I'm lucky.

Greg has been looking for this glass milk jug for years, although he still will look, tonight they had a glass jug (huge) that at least reminded him of what he wanted so we picked it up, now, this is a whole $5 deal (or close!) so it was certainly not an expensive item, but it is "kind of" but "not at all" like what he wanted.  It was pretty funny.

Little Kelsey Jo spent her time on my lap at the sale again.  She is a darling little 3 year old that has decided that I'm ok and so she plops herself on my lap for part of the sale every week.  Tonight she came with the book 101 Dalmatians and so we had to read the story (between bids).  What can I tell ya, I'm a grandma…

DonDino was at the office today discussing a former friend of ours that is in trouble (the girls know who I am talking about).  Once again he was putting the hit on his acquaintances to "help him out" and Don wanted to know our thoughts.  He should never have asked LOL  Anyway, don't think that there will be any cash being "loaned" to the former friend by Don either, but that is his choice.  I can guarantee you there will never be another penny from me to the former friend…every.  Done is done and boy oh boy am I done!

It appears that Terry has the banner ad sold for the site, the only negative is that it will not be paid for until after the first of the year, that's when the accounts funding is cut loose.  Now, my thought is, ok, well and good but if there is someone else that wants the banner ad before that and they have cash in hand we may have to re-visit the issue and call #1 and tell them they need to "find" the cash now or lose that position.  But, it probably won't come to that and if it does we will make sure everyone is happy…..somehow.

I have three to do close follow-ups on tomorrow.  Two more that I ran into at the track last night when we went to watch the harness racing.  Not that it was great, but at least with Greg with me it wasn't as boring as watching paint dry like my impression was the other time I went while he was in Arizona.  I even won one bet (of the three I placed) so it wasn't so awful

I have lots of work to do on the sites to finish some more of them up.  I'll try and get that accomplished within the next two weeks (not promises for immediate, too much content to add to be able to claim that.)

Now it is nearly midnight and we are off at 7:45 am so I'm going to bed.
