Just got the call that he actually made the flight from Phoenix!  Whew, he had to have flown through the concourse and ticketing since he had to do all that, the ticketing, the security and board in less than 35 minutes! 

When we get home my car has to go to Bobby, its leaking anti-freeze so there is definitely some problem, but Bob can fix it, he can fix anything on "Mabel".  He keeps telling me that as long as it isn't the engine or the transmission we are just going to keep working on her to keep her running; she's a heck of a good car, even with 205,965 miles on her.  Now most of those are highway miles, and we do make sure the oil is changed and it is taken care of when something does go wrong, but shoot, who would have thought that an American made car would stand up like that?  I'm delighted with my Buick; glad I've got her and hope she runs for a lot more miles.  A car doesn't make me money, just provides transportation, so I don't want to have to buy a new one yet.  Besides, I'm not sure what kind I want, would seem to me that we will need to look seriously at another Buick, after all, Mabel has been superior, maybe we would luck out with another one that would be as good.

Just a few more hours and he will be home, not only am I going to be glad to see him, but Mercy will go crazy…unless she is all kinds of mad that he was gone for so long and she had to settle for me!  Then she may just jump up on my lap and let him know how upset she really is, could be funny.
