After starting more than a few companies I can tell you that you really need to have your papers in order, not only for the government but for your own well being.  You need to be able to get information quickly and be prepared to provide the tax number to your vendors.  You will need to have your corporate meetings to meet with the government guidelines set for retaining  your coporate status.

When you begin it would be helpful to have a resource to provide all the necessary paperwork for you.  Of course you could go about getting everything on your own, but when there is a resource with reasonable costs why waste your time?  You have other things that are more important (time wise) to take care of while the paperwork is being processed.

When you have questions that you need to research you may want to go to a Q&A forum and seek the answers before you call your attorney.
