Is is possible that Trovix Recruit could replace Monster as the number one employment search engine?  Is it possible that they will offer us as employers a better option for reviewing the applicants and making contact?  The use of the reports they offer, the selection criteria they have could revise the method that recruiters and employers use to find the right person for the right job by using the internet.

Reading over their material was interesting in what it has to offer that others don't.  At least they don't offer it yet but I bet that after Trovix become more widely known there will be some adjustments and additions to the other employment sites out there!
