Vontoo, the New Marketing Strategy

This Do-it-Yourself technology of voice message broadcasting is called Vontoo.  The new strategy for contacting people that want to be contacted without going through the nightmare of blast faxing or emailing.  This system places a call to a predetermined list of people.  It is cheaper than standard snail mail and more efficient than email.  It is the new way to market you product.

It sends all your voice messages within minutes, you can specify a time frame for voice broadcasting and use the pre-recorded messages and schedule the calls far in advance, you don't even have to be at  your phone!

You record any message, provide a prompt to accept the call or be called back later, specify different messages for answering machines or voicemail upload pre-recorded files and create unique intro and exit messages.  This is all designed to capture the attention of the people you are trying to reach.  And it is a real voice, not a cold email message.

The other advantage that sticks out is that it ensures compliance with national and local Do=Not=Call regulation.  You won't anger people with calls they don't want!

It is a great way to get people to check out your web page, tell them about it on  you message and watch your views go up.

Using Vontoo, motivational speaker and corporate trainer, Rick Itzkowich, uses the program to send motivational phone calls called QuoteActionsSM to his clients.  A subscription based service QyoteActionsSM sends an automated daily pone call to clients’ mobile, business or home telephones.  During each call there is a message using a memorable quote and then provides the client with a related motivational action.

Using this message service is far more personal than an email and more likely to stick in the mind of the client.  The clients are so impressed with the program that they have agreed to pay $10 a month to cover the costs of the calls.  This not only proves that it works; it also proves that the clients not only want the calls but will accept them making the marketing program successful.
